Changes to Rules & By-Laws Voted Upon at the Annual Meeting 2013:1. Changed show recognition fees to allow $10 discount for EDCTSA member organizers. 2. Omitted OPEN Class requirement and Year-end award. 3. Continue to offer the Sport horse versatility year-end awards. 4. Change the point system for year-end awards. (Currently First through Sixth place are counted with 1st earning 6pts, 2nd earning 5pts, etc.). New system allows any score of 55% and up to be counted. Ie: 55% would be 5.5 pts, 66.73% would be 6.673, etc. |
